At the conclusion of your
buying trip, Bali Shopping Spree's role is to make sure that
the goods that you have purchased arrive safely at your door
within a reasonable amount of time in the best condition possible.
We personally inspect all products prior to collection and final
payment to ensure that they comply with pre-determined standards.
We communicate with clients and suppliers as required and report
on progress during production.
We handle all money transactions (if requested to do so) between
you, the buyer, and the supplier such as deposits and follow-up
payments.
We arrange for collection of your goods and see to it that they
are handled with care during transport to the warehouse.
We oversee the packing, labeling and preparation of your goods
for shipping to make sure that it is done correctly and responsibly
and in compliance with laws and regulations of your home country
and we make every attempt to see that your goods are shipped
to you in a timely manner.

For goods that are on order, need quality control inspections,
or follow up on payments or that require pick up, packing
and shipping arrangements, etc., we charge an additional fee.
Our fees are based strictly on 15% of all invoices. Prices
listed on invoices are direct from the supplier/manufacturer.
There are no hidden or inflated costs.
